Intellectual Property Rights & Jurisdiction and Governing Law
All intellectual property on our website, including without limitation any trademarks, graphics, images, copyright, layout and design of our website are owned by Aurora Skin Glow.
After you have placed an order with us, and we come to know that there are going to be delays in shipping it to you (outside of those prescribed), or that we are out of stock, we will contact you immediately to notify you of the delay.
Tracking Your Order
Aurora Skin Glow sends orders with either USPS and FedEx SmartPost (domestic) or DHL (international). All packages are insured, and as soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Order tracking is available on Track Your Order. If you need assistance, please email email@example.com with your order number.
The payment gateway we use is powered by our website provider Shopify. This is a safe gateway that you can trust.
All prices are displayed in your home USD currency. The shipping cost of our product is included in the price in domestic shipping (USA) and internationally it may vary depending on your location. Once you enter your address onto our website, the relevant shipping cost will appear.
Please make sure the contact information you give to us is correct. If you enter someone else’s information, then you warrant that you are authorized by that person to provide that information. If you choose to create an account with us, you must keep your password safe. Your account is your responsibility regardless of any unauthorized access gained by others. If you believe your account may no longer be secure, please contact us immediately.
Your Aurora Skin Glow product is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date you receive it. The warranty does not cover following and is not limited to; lost, misuse, accident, alteration, servicing, use with unauthorized accessories and any other conditions beyond normal use.
If you would like to request a warranty claim, kindly contact customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org and our friendly team will assist you.
Continental US: in stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days except high Holiday season.
International: in stock orders are processed within 5-15 business days and may be subject to additional transit time and customs clearance delays.
International orders are shipped DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid” and International Customers will be responsible for the payment of any additional associated duties and taxes. Aurora Skin Glow has no control over these charges and cannot predict what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges.
Shipping and Warranties
Invalid Shipping Address: We are unable to ship domestically and/or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.
Risk of Loss: All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Aurora Skin Glow. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Aurora Skin Glow delivers these items to the carrier.
Refunds & Returns
If you item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning you can return it and we will cover the shipping. You will need to return it in the condition that you received it in. This refund is valid within 30 days of purchasing. Email us at email@example.com for more details. Please do no return the package before contacting us, we cannot guarantee processing your refund if you don't contact us first.
If you are unsatisfied with your item you can return it for a full refund under the 90 day money guarantee, you would have to trial the item for 60 days from the date of delivery before exercising this option, but no more than 90 days.
Cancellations & Returns
We do not offer cancellations or refunds for orders if you change your mind but you can return your Aurora Skin Glow within 1 working day of receiving it, provided that it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Kindly contact customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a return authorization.
Package your return in a delivery parcel with the shipping address clearly displayed. Arrange for your parcel to be delivered back to us. We advise you purchase the track and trace option so that you can track it safely back to us. If your parcel is lost, destroyed or damaged in transit, your refund will not be processed. Returns may take up to 15 working days to process from when you send the parcel. You will be refunded 1-3 working days after we receive your return. All returns will incur a restocking fee of USD$65.
If the product is damaged upon arrival to you, or it is not as described, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will organize a replacement.
IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light, and it is a safe and non-radiating lightwave targeting the melanin in the hair by converting light to heat to target the hair follicle. Because of this energy conversion a small percentage of customers may experience some redness and light swelling after an IPL treatment but it should subside after a few days. Some customers may also experience some brown marks which darkens and then fades after a few days. We recommend using a good quality moisturizer immediately after each treatment to keep the skin hydrated and cool, and always use a high SPF sunscreen when going outdoors. Please always consult your doctor if you are unsure if IPL treatment is right for you. People with Epilepsy should not use this product as the IPL emits a bright flash.
